This is determined by us in our sole discretion.

Member Conduct and Appropriate Content

You may not use the whatwhenwhere.ie Service for any illegal or unauthorised purposes. International users agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for your conduct and any date, text, information, graphics, photos, profiles, audio/video clips, links and any other content that you may submit, post, and display on the whatwhenwhere.ie service.

Termination of listing or advertising with Whatwhenwhere.ie

By registering to appear on Whatwhenwhere.ie business listings, you are effectively signing a 12 month contract to have the business details you have entered appear on Whatwhenwhere.ie.  Your listing can be removed from the site 30 days after your request has been made; refund of subscription fees are not provided.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Whatwhenwhere.ie. and its affiliates, licensors, partners, members, suppliers, employees, consultants and agents disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or Materials displayed on the Whatwhenwhere.ie website.
